Erik ten Hag has doubts about United’s current No 1 and is thinking about a replacement

Pickford joined Everton from boyhood club Sunderland. He signed a new contract with the Merseyside club in February, but that hasn’t been enough to cool United’s interest.

The 29-year-old is England’s No 1 and would surely be keen on becoming No 1 at Old Trafford.

Everton are said to be struggling financially, meaning they might have to accept a significant offer.
