The centre backs had to answer questions on one another and Gomez won the battle against his club team-mate.
Van Dijk revealed Gomez’s secrets by revealing the Englishman’s dressing room locker is like a pharmacy because of all the products he uses.
The Dutchman said of Gomez when asked what his team-mate’s best feature is: ‘His locker looks like a beauty section and he knows I tell him every time if I can buy some things from his pharmacy there so I would say his face.’

Both players said they clicked as soon as Van Dijk arrived at Liverpool from Southampton in January 2018 for £75million.
‘We are on the same level with a lot of things,’ Van Dijk revealed. ‘I said from day one I have a good understanding with him and I think you can see this season when we play together it shows we have a good understanding.
‘He’s done well since he first joined us because I looked a a picture the other day and he looked fat.’
Gomez added: ‘As soon as he came to the club we clicked and we have good chemistry. I look up to him in a lot of ways.’
Both Van Dijk and Gomez will be hoping they are on the winning side on Saturday evening when they face rivals Arsenal.
