Arsenal player ratings vs Leeds: Nicolas Pepe gets 3 after red card, five others flop

Arsenal took on Leeds in the Premier League this afternoon but Mikel Arteta’s side struggled at Elland Road. That was underlined by the fact Nicolas Pepe was sent off for a headbutt on Ezgjan Alioski.

Loose distribution, shot wide early, failed to impose himself on the game

Missed attempted clearance nearly punished by Dallas, bypassed all too easily

A couple of missed chances in first half saw red with a moment of madness in the second

Failed to catch the eye at any stage and tactical sacrifice after Pepe’s red card

Lively start but faded badly first half and no surprise he didn’t make it out after the break

Limp performance from the front man despite a distinct lack of service
