Ronaldo offered Man Utd return by glamour model dubbed their ‘sexiest fan’
Katrina Maria has been dubbed as Manchester United's "sexiest fan" – and has now called for Cristiano Ronaldo to return to the club from Juventus.
United superfan Katrina has sent out the transfer wish after watching Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men lose on penalties in the Europa League final to Villarreal following her good luck message.
The model regularly asked her fans for their predictions on United fixtures as well as views on transfers, and admitted before the aforementioned clash that she had trouble sleeping the night before.
While the future of Ronaldo remains uncertain despite a sensational personal campaign in Serie A, it looks unlikely that he will return to Old Trafford with Solskjaer focusing on youth.
Katrina wrote this week: "It would be legendary if Ronaldo returned back home one day."
She also uploaded two snaps while wearing a Ronaldo United shirt, gaining thousands of likes in a matter of hours as well as a series of positive comments.
Katrina had written before the disappointing Europa League final defeat: "Today is a big day!!! We been waiting on this, let’s get that trophy UNITED!!
"I had trouble sleeping last night, I’m that excited hahaha!"
Will Ronaldo return to Old Trafford? Let us know in the comments.
Ronaldo hasn't recently spoke about a return to United, but told Jonathan Ross in 2015 why he would never rule out a return to the Premier League with his former club.
He said: “I’m a huge supporter of Manchester United – as I say many times, I’m very comfortable in Real Madrid now, I feel happy.
“But as people know I like Manchester United, I love that club, but [the] future, nobody knows. But right now I feel good and I feel happy in Real Madrid.”
With Solskjaer saying of his summer transfer plans: “As I've said a couple of times, I hope we can strengthen with a few.
”We definitely need two or three players to challenge higher up in the table. We're still too far behind to think that it'll come by itself.”
