David Raya suffered two howlers in eight minutes at Luton as the Hatters put the cat amongst the pigeons at Kenilworth Road.
Arsenal had been hoping for an easy-encounter with the newly promoted side – but were twice pegged back by Rob Edwards' men. The second, just the other side of half-time, saw Raya try and collect a Luton corner.
However, the Spaniard was convincingly beaten to the ball by Elijah Adebayo – who powered home. And eight minutes later, Raya had his head in his hands again.

This time it was ex-England international Ross Barkley, who found himself just inside the Arsenal area in space with the ball at his feet. Barkley opened up his body and looked to whip the ball into the far corner of Raya's net.
However, Barkley was unable to tuck the ball where he wanted, but it didn't matter with the ball squirming under Raya's body. The shot-stopper was left staring into the London sky, while Barkley wheeled off in celebration.

Arsenal fans were furious with the Spaniard on social media – with some sensing the chance to go five points clear at the summit of the Premier League table was slipping away.
"David Raya is rubbish man there’s no two ways about it," one fan fumed. While a second shared: "Arsenal are s***. Just remember that Ramsdale has been dropped for Raya for a number of games. Absolute rubbish!"
"I don't care what anybody will tell me, this David Raya experiment is not an upgrade on Aaron Ramsdale," a third said. And another added: "Raya is such a liability. If we fail to get three points tonight, this is all on him. Absolutely rubbish!"
Arteta has insisted that the Gunners don't have a No1 this season, with Ramsdale and Raya swapping the role between the sticks. However, in recent weeks, Raya has emerged as Arteta's preferred choice.
And since September 3, Ramsdale has made just three appearances – two of which came in the Carabao Cup, with his one Prem cap in that time coming with Raya ineligible against Brentford.
Speaking on the situation ahead of the Luton game, Arteta said: "I want Aaron with us. I am very happy to have two very, very good goalkeepers and Aaron is staying with us.
“We want to be better, so we want to add to what we already have. That’s the intention that we have."
Arsenal's blushed were saved in the 96th minute, when Declan Rice gifted the Gunners an Christmas present.
