Mario Balotelli produces eight step overs and rabona to score mind-boggling goal
Mario Balotelli reminded fans of his talent with an insane rabona goal which he scored after producing a dizzying eight step overs.
In typical Balotelli style, he couldn't let his former club Manchester City have all the headlines as they clinched the Premier League title in dramatic style. The striker instead hit five goals for Adana Demirspor against Goztepe, including a frankly mind-boggling strike.
Having scored a first-half 11-minute hat-trick and a second-half strike, Balotelli was already on four for the day when he danced into the box, jinking left and right time and time again with step over after step over.
After knocking the ball to his left, he then hit the rabona with his right foot, finding the bottom corner for his fifth goal and Demirspor's seventh.
It instantly caught the attention on social media, with Gary Lineker replying "Filth!" and Dan Walker commenting "Should be worth 2". One fan wrote: "This is probably one of the best goals I have ever seen."

One posted: "Insane talent. Imagine the heights if he had been disciplined?" And another said: "This the coldest goal I ever seen wtf."
The finishes took Balotelli's tally for the season to 18 in Turkey's Super Lig while Demirspor finished the season in ninth, with opponents Goztepe having already been relegated in 19th.
Balotelli joined them last summer after leaving Serie B side Monza. He earned a recall to the Italy squad earlier this year for a special training camp, but wasn't selected by Roberto Mancini.
His hopes of playing at the Qatar World Cup were then dashed as his nation were knocked out in the play-offs. He has a contract with Demirspor which runs until 2024, but his final day antics may well have earned him some admirers ahead of the summer transfer window.
