Laura Woods stuns at Wimbledon and has message for selfie pal Ange Postecoglou

Laura Woods wowed fans at Wimbledon in an all-white outfit and had a message for new Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou.

The Spurs boss was also in attendance at Wimbledon as he made another appearance at a sporting event in his new home after previously being spotted supporting Australia in the Ashes at Lords.

Postecoglou left Celtic at the end of the season and will take the hot seat in north London next season, but he received a cheeky dig from Arsenal fan Woods.

The two posed for a selfie in the No.1 Court Hospitality at Wimbledon, with Woods posting the selfie on Instagram which she captioned: "Big Ange! Mates until the season starts alright."

Postecoglou took charge of his Spurs squad for the first time this week as those who weren’t involved in the international break returned to the Enfield Training Centre for pre-season.

The Aussie was able to cast a keen eye over the returning Tanguy Ndombele, who spent last season on loan with Scudetto winners Napoli.

Spurs have already wrapped up the signings of James Maddison from Leicester City and Italian goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario from Empoli in a busy start to the transfer window that also saw Dejan Kulusevski’s loan made permanent.

Meanwhile, Woods left her role as breakfast presenter on talkSPORT ahead of the new season as she prepares to lead ITV’s coverage of the Women’s World Cup in Australia that kicks off this month.

There remains speculation surrounding her next step when the Premier League season gets back up and running with her being linked to the presenting job at TNT Sports, which has a fresh name from BT Sport.

Former BT presenter Jake Humphreys stepped down at the end of last season and the position to anchor the new rebranded TNT Sports is yet to be filled.
