Harry Kane will ‘ask to leave Tottenham’ this summer with Man Utd bid planned

Harry Kane will ‘ask to leave Tottenham’ this summer – and Manchester United are prepared to make an offer.

The forward failed to find the back of the net for the north London side as they lost 3-1 to Leeds on the toad.

While he is a Golden Boot contender, the forward has been unable to help his side win any trophies as they have slipped down the table, lost the Carabao Cup final and got knocked out of the FA Cup as well as Europa League.

It has led to speculation that the forward, who now scored more than 200 goals in 12 senior campaigns at Spurs, is looking for a way out.

AndThe Sunhave reported that Kane is now ready to act on his intention to leave Tottenham.

The forward is set to ask chairman Daniel Levy to ’consider offers’ for him this summer, having considered his future for several weeks.

And one team that could come knocking in north London is United, who are prepared to make a £90m offer.

The Englishman is known to be a target for the red side of Manchester, having enjoyed success with out-and-out forward Edinson Cavani leading the line this season.

Kane is on 31 goals and 16 assists for the season, setting a Premier League record with Son Heung-Min at the front of the line.

But the Englishman has been left impatient with his club’s failure to secure any silverware in his time at the club.

"I spoke openly about (winning silverware),” the forward toldBBC Sport recently.
