Daniel Levy and Bill Kenwright spotted at dinner amid Richarlison transfer talk
Tottenham could have won the race for Everton star Richarlison – after Bill Kenwright and Daniel Levy were spotted dining together on Monday.
Spurs have been keenly following the Brazilian, whose goals kept the Toffees in the Premier League last season. However, they have been challenged for his signature by Chelsea – who are hoping to replace the outgoing Romelu Lukaku.

Everton are holding for £50million for Richarlison, but the Toffees have to sell before they can buy, which could impact the Brazilian's price.
Frank Lampard's side are also interested in Spurs midfielder Harry Winks. And the Englishman could be used as part of the deal to take Richarlison to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium from Goodison Park.
Chelsea will provide the toughest challenge for the Brazilian, but it's believed that Raheem Sterling is their No.1 attacking target.
