Infamous pitch invader Jarvo 69 interrupts England-India Test AGAIN…with furious Jonny Bairstow kicking glove at fan, dressed in full cricket gear, as he is frogmarched off pitch by security

  • England’s Test match with India was interrupted by a pitch invader on Friday
  • The culprit was pretending to be on India’s team and strolled out ready to bat
  • England’s Jonny Bairstow was livid with the man and kicked a glove at him
  • The pitch invader is called Daniel Jarvis and has a history of high-profile stunts

The third Test between England and India was interrupted by a pitch invader on Friday – the same fan who got on to the playing field during the second Test at Lords.

The fan, wearing ‘Jarvo 69’ on the back of his shirt and dressed in full gear including pads, helmet and a bat, made it as far as the pitch before being met by two security guards and marched off the pitch.

While the crowd were entertained by his antics, England’s Jonny Bairstow was unimpressed and kicked a batting glove towards the invader as he shouted at him.

England player Jonny Bairstow did not see the funny side of the pitch invader’s prank

England and India’s players were already familiar with the culprit, whose real name is Daniel Jarvis and is known for pulling pranks at sporting events.

He walked out on to the pitch during the third Test wearing India’s kit while Joe Root was in formidable batting form and tried to blend in with the rest of the fielders before eventually being escorted away by Lords’ security staff.

Jarvis was among three pitch invaders who got on to the White Hart Lane pitch during a Europa League fixture between Tottenham and Partizan Belgrade in 2014 and tried to take a selfie with Spurs striker Roberto Soldado.

He was arrested for handling stolen goods and released on bail.

Jarvis was jailed in 2016 for a mock heist at London’s National Portrait Gallery along with two other pranksters in a video for Youtube channel Trollstation.

The fan, who wore ‘Jarvo 69’ on his shirt, also got on the pitch during the second Test at Lords
