Boxing bombshell Ebanie Bridges revealed how she lost a chunk of her hair during a challenge on the new series of SAS Australia.

The Blonde Bomber is currently appearing on the Australian version of the reality show where celebrities are put through a variety of gruelling tasks to test their mental and physical strength.

And it appeared the 35-year-old was pushed a bit too far in the latest challenge where the participants were tasked with completing a tough assault course.

Bridges came out of the challenge seemingly with her hair missing as she showed off the damage to other contestants, having had to jump through a blockade of tyres.

She said on the show: “There was a full chunk of my hair on me. I thought it was extensions but… I just went through the tyres head first . My whole fringe is gone.”

Bridges later uploaded several posts on Instagram of her locks missing at the front of her head.

She wrote: “So yeah, that was f***en fun. Skinned my fringe and face off… why I always gotta smash myself up??

“*Note to self* don’t dive thru [sic] rows of tires with ur [sic] head up, you’ll skin off ur face and hair…”

The blonde beauty also revealed how her breasts helped her survive the challenge as another contestant was booted off.

She said: “My chest acted like speed humps… when I dived thru [the tyres], they took all my momentum..”

Bridges will be hoping for the same when she returns to the ring to take on Cecilia Roman on March 26 in a bid to claim the IBF bantamweight belt from the Argentine.

The bout will come six months after Bridges edged past Mailys Gangloff on points, having suffered severe damage to her right hand in the process.
