UFC sisters say Jake and Logan Paul wouldn’t last a second in Octagon with them
UFC champion Valentina Shevchenko believes her and her martial artist sister would beat Jake and Logan Paul in the Octagon in less than a second.
Valentina is the reigning women's flyweight champ and is second in the pound-for-pound rankings, while her sister Antonina also competes in the division for the promotion.
The Paul brothers have become highly-talked about figures amongst the UFC community after they ventured from YouTube stardom to combat sports.
Jake is 4-0 in his professional boxing career and Logan fought Floyd Mayweather in the ring earlier this year, though both have also flirted with the idea of a UFC bout.
Valentina was asked how long it would take her and Antonina to finish them if they did step into the Octagon, to which she provided a comical response.
“Zero seconds. It’s not a question. Not even one second,” she said.
Jake in particular has been vocal about the UFC and has criticised president Dana White in the past.
He's taken on two of their ex-stars in Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley and beaten both, with there being potential for more crossover in the near future.
Can you see Jake or Logan Paul stepping into the Octagon? Let us know in the comments section.
The Problem Child has called out Jorge Masvidal, though White has told him to forget about that fight and instead take on UFC legend Anderson Silva.
Silva, who holds the record for the longest title reign in UFC history at 2,457 days, has turned to boxing after stepping away from the ring.
Jake has certainly ruffled some feathers with fellow former star Vitor Belfort challenging him to a £25m winner-takes-all contest.
White has also recently threatened to let double UFC champ Amanda Nunes loose on the 24-year-old, claiming the Brazilian fighter would "put him in a coma".
However, Jake is clever when it comes to picking his fights and is currently seeking out Tyson Fury's younger brother Tommy for his next challenge.
A doubles bout with Logan against Valentina and Antoninna is next to non-existent on the potential list of future scraps you can expect to see, but it is definitely an entertaining thought.
