Elon Musk accepts coaching offer from UFC legend ahead of Mark Zuckerberg fight
Elon Musk is set to enlist his the help of a UFC legend for his battle of the billionaires with Mark Zuckerberg.
A cage fight between the social media titans has gone from fantasy to potential reality, with both men said to be deadly serious about the dust-up, according to MMA supremo Dana White.
A number of professional fighters are as intrigued as anyone by the bout, with several offering their services. They include Georges St Pierre, who messaged Musk, saying: “I'm a huge fan of yours and it would be an absolute honor to help you and be your training partner for the challenge against Zuckerberg.”
Three days later, Musk has finally replied, declaring: “Ok, let's do it” with two fire emojis.

The 51-year-old would struggle to find a better trainer than St Pierre, a former welterweight and middleweight UFC champion, wildly regarded as one of the all-time icons of the octagon.
Meanwhile, UFC president White is doing his best to hype up the unique match-up, claiming it could be the most lucrative fight of all time.

“Talked with Mark and Elon… both guys are absolutely dead serious about this,” White told TMZ. “The biggest fight of all time was Floyd [Mayweather] and Conor [McGregor], I just think it triples that. It triples what that did, there's no limit on what that thing can make.”
Another fighter to offer his services has been Dominick ‘the Dominator’ Cruz, who says he would happily be in Musk’s corner for the bout.
“I would coach and train Elon Musk in a heartbeat,” said Cruz, reported TMZ Sports. “I would start with him immediately.
“I'm a fan of that guy and the things that he's doing for the world and the things that he stands for. He's a special guy in the world right now and so I would love to be in his corner to watch him execute martial arts which brings us all together."
