Conor McGregor has fans concerned after videoing himself eating ice cream in bed
MMA star Conor McGregor has left fans on social media concerned after videoing himself eating ice cream in bed.
McGregor, 33, is yet to return to the octagon after losing his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier at UFC 264.
'Notorious' was defeated via technical knockout in round one after the ringside doctor stopped the bout due to McGregor sustaining a broken tibia in the early exchanges of the contest.
The Irishman is currently taking time away from the sport to recover from his injury but is expected to return to lightweight training soon ahead of a comeback fight in the summer.
But McGregor has now sparked worry amongst concerned supporters that his recovery programme may not be going to plan after posting a video of himself eating ice cream in bed on Instagram.
"I’ll bet you never step in the octagon again," commented one fan.
"This dude has lost his mind," said another.
"My brudda what is this how Can I support this?!" replied a third worried supporter.

"He thinks its funny or that people think he's cool. Acting a fool these days man," stated a fourth.
While one fan has already admitted defeat in hoping McGregor will return to the octagon: "Money has well and truly gone to your head my friend, I was your biggest fan too, you won’t fight again."
Despite being written off by fans, UFC President Dana White is backing McGregor for a comeback fight this summer with plenty of potential opponents being thrown around.

'Notorious' is yet to confirm his next opponent but will certainly be keen to reignite his long-standing rift with Poirier and settle scores through a fourth clash.
McGregor has also confirmed his ambitions to return and take the lightweight title which is currently held by Charles Oliveira.
And given the Irishman currently holds eight of the 10 most-bought UFC pay-per-views in UFC history, it would certainly be a fight Oliveira would find hard to say no to.
