The Ivorian had been at the heart of the side that pipped Manchester United to the title in a last-gasp famous strike from Sergio Aguero. One week before Aguero netted his famous strike, Toure had dragged City to thee-points against Newcastle.
Toure went on to win another two Premier League triumphs with City, and he has a Champions League medal on his CV thanks to his spell at Barcelona.
