Manchester United stars have been accused of driving recklessly near the club’s training ground.
A nearby resident has spoken out after Marcus Rashford’s luxury car was involved in a collision with a vehicle driven by a 74-year-old grandmother following United’s 1-0 win at Burnley on Saturday. Police attended the scene, but an ambulance was not required and no arrests were made.
However, Rashford’s £700,000 Rolls Royce was left with significant damage. The England forward took to social media the following day to confirm he was fine. He wrote “3 points on the road! I’m alright guys thanks for the messages.”

In light of the incident, it has emerged residents have been concerned by the driving of United players around the training ground. One has opened up to The Sun, claiming his fiancée had contacted the club having almost been run over
Engineer Peter Laycock, 36, said his party Amy, 41, has raised worries. He said: “We see them on this road every day. Amy contacted the club because she wasn’t happy with how some of the younger players were driving. One nearly hit her. She made a call and was told it would be passed on.”
The woman involved in the collision with Rashford’s car declined to comment, although a relative said she was “OK”. Meanwhile, Greater Manchester Police said it was a “non-serious road traffic accident” and would not be investigating the incident further.
Rashford will be available for selection for Tuesday's Carabao Cup third round clash with Crystal Palace, a match which could see Erik ten Hag make a number of changes to his side. Harry Maguire could make a rare start while Mason Mount could get a run-out after recovering from injury. Sofyan Amrabat could also come into the side.
