US TikTok star tells Chelsea flop Mudryk to ‘do better’ after mocking OAP in gym

Fitness influencer Joey Swoll launched a foul mouthed tirade at Chelsea forward Mykhalo Mudryk after he mocked an older gentleman at the gym.

The £89million footballer attracted the fury of the TikTok and social media star after he uploaded a video of an old aged pensioner exercising on a rowing machine. Unfortunately, for the man in the video, his shorts had rolled down slightly, exposing his bottom to others in the gym.

Instead of politely informing the man or his trainer about the wardrobe malfunction, Mudryk took out his phone, filmed the man and uploaded a video to his 1.4m followers on Instagram. After coming across the video, Swoll, who is passionate about encouraging others to go to the gym and is strongly against judging or mocking those who may be less experienced in fitness, launched a huge verbal assault on the former Shakhtar Donetsk star.

“So you see that man at the gym, working hard, trying to better himself, with a trainer and he is in an embarrassing situation where, yes, he is a little exposed,” Swoll said in a TikTok video that has since gone viral. “And you decide ‘hey let me take a video of it to post on social media to make fun of him’, all for attention.

“Really? Pardon my language but what the f*** is wrong with you? And you are a professional soccer player, you play for Chelsea in the Premier League. Is this how you represent yourself and your team?”

Mudryk has been the butt of many jokes this season having only contributed two assists and zero goals since his big money move in January.

Many have attributed these early struggles to the fact he is only 22 years old and has plenty to learn. However, Swoll was not going to let his age excuse his behaviour. “Let me tell you a story from about a month ago,” the CEO of Gym Positivity added.

“I was at Gold's [Gym] I saw a woman in the same situation – she was on the lat pull-down, she was a little exposed, so I walked up to her very discreetly and I said ‘excuse me, ma’am’.

“And I told her, she pulled her pants up and she thanked me. I’m not saying you have to do that, but you should at least mind your own business or tell his trainer, let the trainer help him out. But what you don’t do is take a video to post online for millions to see that will make fun of this man.

“The fact you don’t know better or want to set a better example as a professional athlete really? You need to do better.”
