There is less than two weeks left of the summer transfer window, with the sides set to fight it out at the top of the league having differing levels of activity. Manchester United and Chelsea have both put themselves in title contention with their business.
Arsenal meanwhile have also been on a spending spree, signing Ben White, Nuno Tavares and Albert Sambi Lokonga, with Martin Odegaard and Aaron Ramsdale set to join imminently.
Reigning champions Manchester City broke the record for a British transfer with the £100million signing of Jack Grealish in their only buy of the window.
Things have been similarly slow at Anfield, with Jurgen Klopp focusing on handing out new contracts to key members of his squad.
Tottenham meanwhile have had the cloud of Harry Kane’s desire to leave hanging over them for much of the window, but have still added to Nuno Espirito Santo’s squad.
Here, Daily Express Sport splits the so-called ‘Big Six’ into groups of Winners and Losers…
JUST IN: Man Utd fans think big clue has been dropped on next summer signing
Winners
Manchester United
The clear winners of the summer window have been Manchester United, who finally completed their move for Jadon Sancho and also brought in World Cup winner Raphael Varane.
Sancho, a £73m buy from Borussia Dortmund, will solve their issues on the right wing, while Varane, who has arrived in a £40m deal from Real Madrid, finally gives Harry Maguire a quality partner.
The only clear weakness is in central midfield, but Sancho and Varane gives the Red Devils the talent they need in both defence and attack with which to challenge for the title.
Chelsea
The Blues may have only added Romelu Lukaku to Thomas Tuchel’s squad, but it could be the final boost they need to win the league.
Chelsea were crying out for a quality finisher last season, which the £97m signing of Lukaku provides, with very few other weaknesses in Tuchel’s side.

Tottenham
Describing Tottenham’s transfer window as a resounding success would be going too far, but Fabio Paratici has quietly done some good business.
The additions of Cristian Romero and Pierluigi Gollini clearly boost a flagging defence, while they have so far been able to keep hold of wantaway striker Kane.
Losers
Arsenal
The Gunners are set to spend £135m when you account for the additions of Odegaard and Ramsdale, but much of their summer business has been puzzling.
Arsenal appeared to overpay for White, while the signing of Odegaard could squeeze Emile Smith Rowe out of the starting line-up.
The signings so far have made no discernible positive impact on the team so far, with Mikel Arteta’s men having started their season with a defeat to Brentford.
Manchester City
City broke the British transfer record to sign Grealish, but making the Aston Villa captain their priority appears to have been the wrong decision.
Pep Guardiola’s squad is crying out for a striker, with the false nine that the City boss utilised against Spurs ineffective, but the champions are struggling to bring one to the Etihad Stadium.
Liverpool
The Reds have only signed Ibrahima Konate from RB Leipzig this summer, but even the addition of the Frenchman could back fire, with the defender having a history of injury problems.
They are also yet to bring in a replacement for the departed Georginio Wijnaldum in midfielder, with their attacking options also light behind the first-choice front three.
