Soonsup-Bell was targeted to help revive Tottenham’s academy prospects in the Premier League 2, with the north London side currently second from bottom in the table.
Despite being highly regarded at the Chelsea academy, the youngster is set for an exit that will see him develop at one of the club’s biggest rivals.
He is expected to be offered a route to the first-team in the future, which will include loan moves away from the club in order to gain minutes at senior level.
The striker reportedly rejected the advances of Manchester City – as well as clubs abroad – to join Spurs, and will now undergo a medical before putting pen to paper on a new deal.
