Sir Alex Ferguson silenced Mino Raiola with Paul Pogba question
Sir Alex Ferguson apparently got one over Mino Raiola when the agent first came to him to discuss Paul Pogba leaving Manchester United.
According to a recent claim made by Antonio Cassano, Raiola went to speak to Ferguson when Pogba was still a teenager and had yet to make his Red Devils debut.
Pogba had been impressing in the academy, and was keen to break into the first team and play football at a higher level.
Meanwhile, other big clubs had started taking an interest in Pogba, who's contract was winding down at United, and Raiola noticed a good opportunity to strike a deal.
He met with Ferguson to discuss the situation, allegedly demanding big money for his client.

Cassano told Bobo TV: "I know that when he still had to debut with Man United, Mino Raiola went to Ferguson asking him for a lot of money to get him to sign the contract.
"Ferguson asked the agent if he knew what kind of player Pogba was, and Raiola replied by saying 'No'. He cared little, those were their requests and if they were not met they would go away. Without batting an eye, Ferguson ruled that Pogba could also go away."
Pogba went on to make his Premier League debut under Ferguson, coming on to replace Javier Hernandez in a game against Stoke on January 2012.
He continued to make sporadic appearances for United before leaving the club on July 2012 after signing a contract with Juventus.
Ferguson revealed his disappointment in his Frenchman when confirming the deal, saying Pogba has joined Juventus "a long time ago as far as we're aware".
He added: "It is disappointing. I don't think he showed us any respect at all, to be honest. I'm quite happy that if they carry on that way, they're probably better doing it away from us."
