Man United fans urged the club to sign loan star Marcel Sabitzer after his stunning strike against Sevilla in the Europa League on Thursday night.
Sabitzer latched onto a defence-splitting pass from Bruno Fernandes, and took one touch before rolling the ball onto his other foot to rumble Sevilla's net, to the delight of fans. After his magical moment, United supporters implored the Red Devils to make his loan switch from Bayern Munich a permanent one this summer.
One fan lead the charge by explaining: "The first transfer I'd do at Manchester United this summer is to sign Marcel Sabitzer on a permanent deal.

"He moves between the lines, he carries the ball excellently, leads the press, and pops up with goals. He's just a sensationally good footballer." Then a second fan gushed: "They say don’t fall in love with loan signings… but I think it’s happening with Marcel Sabitzer."
A third user even declared that the midfielder was more important to the club than talisman Casemiro, adding: "Marcel Sabitzer is more important to Manchester United than Casemiro yet he’s the one on loan." And a slew of other supporters waded in to give Sabitzer's stay their seal of approval.

But before United fans could catch their breath, Sabitzer was back at it again with another goal to double his tally and the Red Devils' lead. This time, the Austrian was teed up by Anthony Martial, whose fancy footwork ended up in Sabitzer's path, and he cooly slotted home when one on one with Sevilla's keeper.
His brace strengthened the calls for United to keep hold of him beyond this season. But the Red Devils may need to re-hash new terms with Bayern if they cave into the demands of the supporters, as there's no option to buy in his loan deal.
However, United could be in luck as football expert Fabrizio Romano claims Sabitzer is happy to extend his time at Old Trafford as he's enjoying his time at the club. But with two years left on his deal at Bayern, his future is in the hands of their new boss Thomas Tuchel.
