Roy Keane names two England stars "ready to explode" onto Euro 2020
Roy Keane thinks Marcus Rashford and Raheem Sterling are “ready to explode” onto the Euros this summer for England.
Rashford enters the tournament on the back of a 21-goal season, as his Manchester United side finished second in the league.
There were still doubts over his form towards the end of the season, as injury and an increased work-load showed through his performances.
Sterling, meanwhile, didn’t have quite as fruitful a campaign as the previous one.
The attacker scored 14 goals and assisted 12 as Manchester City won a third Premier League title in four seasons as well as another League Cup success, compared to the 31-goal season he had in 2019-20.

Regardless, the pair were certainties to make it to the England squad for Euro 2020, having done well under Gareth Southgate over the years.
Keane thinks the two could make a difference for the Three Lions: "Sometimes you look at players who have had a quiet spell; quiet because they've set such high standards.”
“Rashford and Sterling, for example. but I think that is a good thing.
“You're going into the tournament going, 'these lads are ready to explode.'"
England have one of the most potent attacking options at the tournament.
Alongside Rashford and Sterling, the likes of Jack Grealish, Phil Foden and Jadon Sancho will also be competing for places in Southgate’s starting line-up.
Keane doesn’t think Grealish will start as that would affect Mount or Foden.
Still, the Irishman is a fan of the Aston Villa player: "Listen, I like Jack. But I think if Jack is playing, you have to be realistic. You'd have to leave out Mount or Foden."

As for their tournament hopes, Keane thinks another semi-final run is possible: "I'm going to probably say the semi-final. They may be caught out."
England begin their Euros campaign on Sunday with a clash against Croatia.
After that, they have a highly-anticipated match against Scotland before closing out the group stages against the Czech Republic.
