Roy Keane and Ian Wright shared their day off Euro 2020 punditry by enjoying a BBQ together.

The Manchester United and Arsenal legends are working for ITV as part of their coverage of the continental tournament.

While the pair are seasoned pundits, their passion has been known to get the better of them in heated debates which went viral during the 2018 World Cup.

But Wright shared images on Twitter which show the pair putting their differences to one side on their day off.

ITV only showed Slovakia’s surprise 2-1 win against Poland on Monday, with Nigel de Jong, Eni Aluko and Ally McCoist in the studio alongside Mark Pougatch.

And the pair can be seen sitting at a corner sofa together while watching coverage of the game.

There are empty bowls on the coffee table as they appear to be in a discussion – but Wright posts a third snap showing what was eaten.

A BBQ was put on for the ITV pundits with jumbo shrimps, beef and chicken on the grille to enjoy.

The Arsenal icon, who scored 185 goals in nearly 300 appearances for the Gunners, also showed his appreciation for co-commentator and Chelsea women boss Emma Hayes.

Writing to his 1.9m followers, the 57-year-old said: “Just listen to Emma Hayes feeding us insight and knowledge. Elite.”

While Keane also shared the same images on his Instagram channel – but he could not resist a cheeky dig at Sky Sports pal Micah Richards.

He wrote: “With my mate Wrighty watching the football. Don’t be jealous, Michael.”

But the pair have already had a spat during ITV’s summer of football, disagreeing over an incident during the pre-tournament 1-0 friendly win over Romania.

And it saw the United hero dub his punditry pal a “pundit” during a fierce argument about Dominic Calvert-Lewin giving his penalty to Jordan Henderson which was missed.
