Ainsley Maitland-Niles made his first start for new club Roma as Jose Mourinho’s side were defeated 4-3 by Juventus on Sunday.
The Englishman was playing for the first time since making a loan switch from Arsenal, and was deployed at right wing back as he searches for consistent game time in Italy.
Tammy Abraham opened the scoring for Mourinho’s men on 11 minutes before Paulo Dybala pulled one back for Max Allegri’s side just seven minutes later.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan put the hosts in front just after the break before Lorenzo Pellegrini appeared to give his side an unassailable lead.
But three quick goals from Locatelli, Kulusevski and De Sciglio completed a stunning turnaround for the Italian giants, while Szczesny came to the rescue with a late penalty save to clinch all three points.
