Richarlison drops cheeky hint with Spurs ‘in negotiations’ to sign Everton star

Everton star Richarlison has dropped a cheeky hint he could be leaving the Toffees this summer as Tottenham Hotspur remain interested.

The Brazilian was seen in a friend's Instagram post wearing a San Antonio Spurs jersey in a cheeky hint to a move. Like Tottenham, the NBA side also goes by the Spurs – in reference to 'cowboy spurs' who used to rule the roost in Texas.

According to Brazilian journalist Bruno Andrade, Antonio Conte's side are looking to land Richarlison for €60million (£51million). However, they could face competition from their North London rivals, Arsenal, who are also keeping tabs on the striker.

Spurs have already had an active window with the acquisition of Croatian international Ivan Perisic.

Conte's side also look set to land Nottingham Forest's breakout star Djed Spence when the window officially opens on July 1. Spurs have been linked with both Christian Eriksen and Pau Torres as they set their eyes on a Premier League title.

Spurs, however, are looking to bolster their attacking options with both Steven Bergwijn and Lucas Moura expected to leave this summer.
