PSG’s owners ‘consider buying £1bn stake in Tottenham’ after Daniel Levy talks
Tottenham could have a huge funding boost following conversations between Daniel Levy and the owners of PSG – which might well improve their chances of silverware.
PSG chief Nasser Al Khelaifi, who is also chairman of club ownership group Qatar Sports Investments, is said to have had several conversations with his Spurs counterpart.
The Telegraph report Qatar Sports Investments have been considering an offer to purchase a stake in the Premier League club, which could cost them a cool £1billion.

The report adds £1bn would be for a stake of 25%, with sources close to Levy insisting the duo have met simply as friends rather than for business.
The news comes after the investment group brought a 21.7 per cent stake in Portuguese side Braga for £70m, as well as launching a global tour of Mexican racket sport padel.
The Qatari group do not currently have a stake in any Premier League club – and UEFA ownership rules they cannot have a stake above 30% in any club who compete against PSG in the Champions League.

Spurs chairman Levy has been under huge pressure since the European Super League saga in which he released a statement to supporters, which admitted their mistake.
During recent fixtures fans have chanted 'Levy out' from the stands, including in their straightforward victory over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
Furthermore, Jamie Redknapp is predicting a falling out between Levy and manager Antonio Conte with cracks starting to show in north London.
He said on Sky Sports: "I don't like the way this is shaping up, with Conte and Levy.
"I can see cracks appearing, [Mauricio] Pochettino in the wings, I don't feel this is going to end up the way it should do."
Mauricio Pochettino has been out of a job since leaving PSG – and could return to Tottenham for a second stint as manager, having taken them to the Champions League final in 2019.
