Massimiliano Allegri is 'offered eyewatering £24m-per-year offer'
Massimiliano Allegri is ‘offered the chance to QUADRUPLE his salary by Saudi side Al-Hilal’ – with Juventus boss ‘to meet officials in Monte Carlo to discuss the £24m-per-year offer’
- Massimiliano Allegri is reportedly wanted by Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal
- Allegri has apparently been offered a huge salary to leave his post at Juventus
- The Italian could be tempted to terminate his existing deal in favour of a move
Juventus head coach Massimiliano Allegri could be braced for a mega-money move to Saudi Arabia after reports linked him with a managerial post in the Middle East.
Allegri endured a disastrous campaign at the helm of Juventus as the club navigated points deductions, player injuries, and board resignations that resulted in them missing out on Champions League qualification.
The 55-year-old’s future has been the subject of speculation in the fallout of Juventus’ disappointing campaign and in May the club were rumoured to be considering sacking him.
However, Allegri may decide to leave of his own will with Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal reportedly prepared to hand the Italian the biggest payday of his career.
The free-spending Al-Hilal are ready to quadruple Allegri’s wages and hand over a £24million salary in a bid to lure him to the oil-rich state, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

It is further suggested that Allegri has already held discussions with his admirers and could accept the new proposed role in the next few days.
A meeting between Allegri and Al-Hilal decision-makers has apparently been scheduled to take place in the luxurious setting of Monte Carlo, Monaco.
Discussions were apparently initially set to take place in London before being moved to Monaco where it is hoped a deal can be struck to secure the Italian’s departure from Juventus.
Al-Hilal have adopted a hire and fire culture when it comes to managers in recent years with the Saudi powerhouse going through six different head coaches in the past two years.
Argentinian Ramon Diaz was sacked from his post in May before his son Emiliano Diaz was placed in temporary charge until the end of the season.

Saudi Pro League outfit Al-Hilal have reportedly offered to quadruple Allegri’s current wages
Al-Hilal finished third in the league standings and were hoping to boost their squad with the arrival of Lionel Messi, before he decided to join MLS side Inter Miami instead.
Allegri would be the first high-profile European manager to move to the nation who are making a statement of attempting to lure top footballing talent to the Middle East.
Former Manchester United, Juventus and Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo moved to Al-Nassr in December, while current Ballon d’Or holder Karim Benzema was recently unveiled as the league’s newest superstar arrival.
Allegri would undoubtedly want to be guaranteed funds to lure top talents to the club if he was to take over with former Man United striker Odion Ighalo their current biggest name.
