Mason Mount and Phil Foden go crazy together celebrating England’s Euros victory
Mason Mount and Phil Foden went crazy celebrating the England women’s team’s Euro 2022 victory together at Wembley.
The Lionesses finally brought it home after securing a spine-tingling 2-1 victory over Germany on Sunday. Substitute Ella Toone put England ahead in the second-half before Lina Magull equalised, taking the game to extra-time.
Super-sub Chloe Kelly then became the hero as she scored with just ten minutes left on the clock, sparking wild celebrations at Wembley. And among those in the stands were England men’s duo Mount and Foden, who narrowly missed out on the trophy themselves in last year’s Euro 2020 final.

Chelsea sensation Mount took to Instagram to share a post of him and the Manchester City midfielder revelling in the atmosphere. They beamed as they posed for a photo while wearing Nike T-shirts with the word ‘Home’ on it.
The second part of the post was a video showing Foden and Mount arm-in-arm while chanting along with the rest of the rocking crowd. Mount captioned the post: “Inspirational!!! You deserved this @lionesses! Congratulations!!”
England’s success would have tasted even sweeter for the pair after they fell short at the same stage last year. The scene had looked set for the Three Lions to bring home a major trophy for the first time since 1966 until Italy equalised and won in a heart-breaking penalty shootout.

But little did they know at the time that their heart-break would be avenged just a year later by the iconic Lionesses. And the women’s team made the most of the historic occasion by partying hard themselves in the dressing room after the game.
The Euro 2022 trophy was paraded around the dressing room after they won their first ever international tournament, putting an end to Germany's recent dominance. "Best day of my life. Thanks for all the messages! Get back to you tomorrow," said goalscorer Toone on Instagram.

Meanwhile, defender Leah Williamson couldn't hide her tears, as she said: "I just can't stop crying. With something like this, we talk and talk and we finally done it. It's about doing it on the pitch and I tell you what, the kids are alright.
