Liam Gallagher’s Man City viewing meltdown summed up in X-rated series of tweets

Manchester City put one foot in the Champions League final by beating Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday night, and famous City fan Liam Gallagher decided to live-tweet the game.

The Oasis and Beady Eye frontman is known for his views on football, and was often seen at the Etihad prior to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Since fans were banned from stadiums, he has taken to voicing his views to his 3.5million Twitter followers instead.

And Wednesday's win over PSG was no different, as he fired off nine tweets during the course of the game.

He started out by making an accusation about PSG star Neymar that we won't repeat, before issuing a demand to Pep Guardiola.

Gallagher wrote: "Get Sergio [Aguero] on and stop f*****g about".

Just minutes later, however, City were level through a Kevin de Bruyne cross which evaded everyone – including PSG goalkeeper Kaylor Navas.

And Gallagher marked the goal by writing: "Best goal ever."
