Jose Mourinho "slags team off, takes money and goes home" blasts Jamie Redknapp
Jamie Redknapp has launched a sensational attack on former Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho has enjoyed spells in charge of Spurs, Manchester United and Chelsea in the Premier League over the years, winning the title on three occasions.
The Portuguese boss has been dismissed by them all – with his most recent sacking occurring at Redknapp's former club Tottenham last year.
Redknapp has blasted new AS Roma boss Mourinho in the past and took his latest shot at the 58-year-old on Sky's 'A League of Their Own' this week.
The TV star quipped: "You know, he (Mourinho) is a good guy. He comes over, slags his own team off, takes loads of money and goes home. That is special. That's why he's the Special One."
Redknapp was on the show alongside Laura Woods, who worked with Mourinho on talkSPORT during the Euros this summer.
Woods revealed that Mourinho had asked her during their stint working together "why does Jamie Redknapp hate me so much?"'
The former Liverpool midfielder is a regular pundit on Sky Sports coverage of the Premier League and has taken issue with Mourinho's antics in the past – particularly during his spell at Spurs.

Redknapp admitted he was "not surprised" after Mourinho was given the chop by Spurs back in April.
He told Sky: "I'm not surprised, I think Jose – having watched this season – you saw a manager who's unhappy and when things go wrong he blames the players which is in his manner. They thought we can't have them taking over for the next seven games."
"I could see it in his body language against Everton, sitting down, not interested. Once Jose Mourinho gets to that point it was only going one way."
Mourinho is now attempting to rebuild his reputation back in Serie A with Roma.
The Portuguese boss enjoyed success in Italy during a two-year stay at Inter Milan – including winning the Champions League.
His appointment at the Italian club caught the world by surprise when it was announced earlier this year shortly after his departure from North London.
The new Roma chief has just lured former Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham to Rome in a £34m deal to try and fire his side to the Scudetto this year.
