Inter Miami star pukes on the pitch during Lionel Messi debut – but carries on
Robbie Robinson threw up during Inter Miami's last gasp win on Lionel Messi's debut – but still managed to put in an impressive performance.
The 24-year-old forward, who has only played 47 times for the first team across four seasons, was seen being sick before putting his hands on his knees as the play continued.
Despite that, Robinson played the full fixture as Robert Taylor's opener was cancelled out by Uriel Antuna of Cruz Azul before Messi stepped up to win the Leagues Cup match with an additional time free-kick.
One fan said: "Robbie Robinson not playing in years and throwing up on the field then hugging Messi is the full experience."

A second added: "Robbie Robinson projectile vomiting on the same field as Leo, f***!" A third posted: "Robbie Robinson left it all out there."
Other fans compared the incident to Messi's own actions during the 2014 World Cup final between Argentina and Germany, in which his stomach was also cleared out on the pitch.
Robinson's day ended on a high note after he grabbed an assist for the first goal before embracing match winner Messi after full-time. The win came as a big moment for Messi and his new colleagues having reunited with former Barcelona boss Gerardo Martino.
