Haaland sends ominous warning to Man Utd as hes unveiled as Man City player
Erling Haaland sent fans wild during his Manchester City unveiling on Sunday after revealing that he couldn't wait to face Manchester United.
The 21-year-old, who joined Pep Guardiola's side from Dortmund in a £51 million move last month, admitted he didn't like saying the name of his new arch-rivals and even refused to repeat it later.
"I don't like to say the words, but Manchester United, yeah," Haaland said after being asked which team he was most looking forward to playing next season, sparking cheers from the hundreds of City fans who's gathered outside the Etihad Stadium to greet him.

"Get ready United. Hattrick incoming when we play you," wrote another, while a third said: "Harry Maguire beware Haaland is coming for you."

City pipped the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich in the race for Haaland's signature this summer, but the Norway international could have so easily joined United a few years back.
Prior to joining Dortmund in 2020, Haaland was in talks Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (who managed him at Molde) over a potential move to Old Trafford, but after United refused to include a buy-out clause in his contract, Haaland opted for the Westfalenstadion instead.
