Five Man Utd youngsters that are poised to break into the first-team next season
Manchester United are set for a big summer in the transfer window but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer may see some solutions in the squad already.
The academy at the club is world-famous for producing some top talents over the years including Marcus Rashford, Paul Pogba and Mason Greenwood.
United put a lot of time and money into their youth set-up, while traditionally bringing in the best youngsters around the country and the world.
Solskjaer, who played under Sir Alex Ferguson, knows all about the customs – having worked as an academy coach at the club – and is happy to help develop the starlets where possible.
But who are the next starlets of the future who are ready to play a role in the 2021/22 season? Daily Star Sport has identified five to look out for.
Amad Diallo
Perhaps the one youngster United fans cannot wait to see in action the most is Amad, who was signed for big money in January.
Despite the fanfare over his arrival, the Ivorian has barely been used by Solskjaer – but this is not a new tactic from the Red Devils coach.
Rather than throw the 18-year-old into the deep-end, he wants to see him settle off the pitch before utilising his great talents on it.
With six months under his belt, expect to see a lot more of Amad next season.

Shola Shoretire
After already getting a taste of first-team football this year, this could be the season that sees Shoretire become a star.
The 17-year-old has huge potential and is regarded by some United coaches as one of the best players to come through the academy in years.
There is a reason why the teenager has been fast-tracked up through the age groups at the club.
Shoretire won United's prestigious Jimmy Murphy Young Player of the Year award this season and will hope to push for more appearances next year.
Anthony Elanga
Solskjaer has almost teased the introduction of Elanga to the first-team at United when he was a surprise starter against Leicester last month.
On the final day of the Premier League season, the 19-year-old started against Wolves and it took just 13 minutes to grab his first goal for the club.
The Sweden Under-19 international has been noted for his goalscoring antics from wide, he scored nine goals and laid on three assists during 16 appearances in Premier League 2.
If Jadon Sancho does join, which is looking more likely by the day, it could be a case of letting Elanga go on loan to continue his development – but his talent has already showed Solskjaer that he is someone he can count on.
Hannibal Mejbri
It seems an age away when United forked out £8million for Hannibal's services from Monaco but the youngster is still just 18.
A graduate of France's famous Clairefontaine academy, the teenager has a huge future ahead of him.
Solskjaer gave him a taster of senior football when he sent him out with 10 minutes to go on the last day of the season but this is one player that coaches cannot stop talking about.
His ability to bring the ball forward, mixed with a mesmerising touch of skill and vision, makes Hannibal a player to keep an eye on.
Facundo Pellestri
Not much was known about Pellestri when he signed from Uruguayan outfit Penarol on deadline day last year.
But a decent start to life on loan to Alaves has proved why United paid up to €10m [£8.5m] for his services.
Famed for his remarkable agility and ability to pick a pass, Pellestri could be the answer to Solskjaer's wide problems as he looks to sign a winger this year.
The 19-year-old has all the attributes to make a big impression at Old Trafford in years to come.
