‘F*** me!’ Graham Potter appears to say after ‘ridiculous’ Kai Havertz handball

Graham Potter looked completely baffled after watching Kai Havertz's bonkers handball back against Manchester City during their FA Cup third round clash at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday.

The scrunched-faced Chelsea boss appeared to mouth the words 'f*** me' as he watched the replay of the incident – where Havertz bizarrely 'Superman punched' the ball while defending a corner to gift City a first half penalty – in the dugout.

Referee Rob Jones failed to spot the blunder, but VAR quickly ushered him over to the monitors to have a second look and a penalty was awarded.

City forward Julian Alvarez converted the spot kick to put his side 2-0 up, just a few minutes after Riyad Mahrez's stunning free kick broke the deadlock.

Phil Foden made it 3-0 shortly after by poking home from a Kyle Walker cut-back to cap off an utterly miserable 45 minutes of football for Potter's side.

The atmosphere in the away end turned sour during the second half as Chelsea fans began chanting former manager Thomas Tuchel's name.

Mahrez grabbed a fourth for City from the penalty spot, condemning Potter to his fifth defeat in seven matches. Although injuries have decimated his squad over the last few weeks, history tells us Chelsea managers don't last long with runs of form like that, especially, as the chanting suggests, with fans beginning to turn on him.
