England boss Gareth Southgate will reportedly drop Marcus Rashford from the starting line-up for their World Cup last-16 clash against Senegal this evening. Rashford is England’s top scorer at the World Cup with three goals in as many games, two of which came in the last group game against Wales.

There have been calls for Southgate to stick with the Manchester United attacker for the game against Senegal this evening.

The England boss has also faced questions over Phil Foden’s inclusion in the starting XI after he impressed against Wales.

And talkSPORT claim the Manchester City winger will keep his place in the line-up, but Rashford looks set to miss out.

It’s being reported that Bukayo Saka will be reinstated into the attacking trio with Harry Kane keeping his place through the middle.
