England stars seem to have listened to former Three Lions defender Gary Neville and scrapped writing almost identical post-match tweets following their 2-1 victory over Poland.
Gareth Southgate’s side made it three wins out of three at Wembley on Wednesday night with goals from Harry Kane and Harry Maguire maintaining their 100 per cent record.
Neville said the England squad lacked ‘independent thinkers’ and that players ‘don’t sound authentic’ after they shared near-identical messages on social media after their 2-0 win over Albania last Sunday.

Gary Neville was left frustrated at similar posts at weekend for showing a lack of authenticity
But following Maguire’s 85th-minute winner after Jakub Moder had capitalised on a John Stones error to bring Poland level, England players took Neville’s advice on board with their messages on Twitter a lot more varied.
England skipper Kane tweeted: ‘The perfect start to World Cup qualifying. Lots of positives as a group but we know we need to keep improving.’
While defender Kyle Walker wrote: ‘Happy to round off a successful 10 day camp with @England with 3 points.
‘Always an honour to play for my country, and delighted to return maximum points.
‘Now it’s time to concentrate on club football for the rest of the season and attempt to achieve our goals.’
West Ham’s Declan Rice was awarded man of the match for his display in the heart of the midfield and the 22-year-old focused his message on that, posting: ‘An honour to win this award again! 3 wins out of 3 from the boys! Let’s keep pushing.’

Mason Mount, who started his eighth straight game for England, tweeted: ‘Ledge camp with the boys, 3 wins! Back to Chels,’ while Jesse Lingard, who was recalled by Southgate this month, said: ‘Great being back with @England this week and even better to win all three games. Well done boys.’
Defender Kieran Trippier added: ‘Congrats to the boys tonight for coming away with all 3 points. Proud as always linking up with the lads during this international period,’ with matchwinner Maguire writing: ‘What a feeling’.
Neville was not satisfied with the similarity of the messages posted by players on social media last weekend, calling it a ‘real shame’.
Neville bemoaned a lack of ‘individual thinkers’ following social media posts last Sunday
‘Reading some of the England players tweets last night. Do any of the lads post themselves? They don’t sound authentic,’ he tweeted.
‘It’s a real shame they don’t manage their personal connection to the fans and media. #independentthinkers.’
Lingard wrote on Sunday: ‘Job done! We go again Wednesday!’ With Mount, who got the key second goal, posting: ‘Job done, looking forward to Wednesday!’

In another set of tweets that drew closer comparison, Man United’s Maguire wrote: ‘Two wins from two. Focus now on Wednesday.’
For his post-game tweet, Man City’s Phil Foden added: ‘Two from two!! Can’t wait for Wednesday.’
