Indeed, Moyes cannot speak highly enough of his players but admits his attacking trio have some way to go to match the standards of Liverpool’s quartet of Mo Salah, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Diogo Jota.
‘I don’t think we can compare our three or four with Liverpool’s three or four because they have done it at the highest level and consistently well and scored numerous number of goals,’ Moyes claimed.
‘But we’ve got our three. We’re really pleased with how they’re performing. I hope that can continue but we’ve been really pleased with the form of them, they all bring something different.

‘What we’re trying to get from those three is consistency and reliability that they can nick us a goal at the right moments.
‘This year we’ve had a lot of attacking moments which we’ve not taken, either with the final pass or the final finish and that’s part of what we’re trying to get from those three.’
Jurgen Klopp has spoken openly of his admiration for Bowen, highlighting the significant strides he has made to become a key part of West Ham’s success in the Premier League.
Liverpool were indeed linked with Bowen last summer and Moyes fully expects the 24-year-old to build on his flourishing reputation.
‘Jarrod’s at a top club now,’ he insisted.
‘It’s the level of consistency Jarrod needs to bring to his game.

‘Said (Benrahma) as well. You’ve got remember that both of them have come out of the Championship and I think it’s a really good grounding for them.
‘They know the game, they’re hungry to succeed and both of them are desperate to do better.
‘We can hardly get them off the training ground, they’re desperate to improve their finishing and the two of them are great team players as well and improving all of the time.
‘Are they at the level of the ‘Fab Four’ from Liverpool? Not yet but they’ve got to keep pushing hard to try and get to the standards that the Liverpool players are setting.’
