Arsenal transfer target Jurrien Timber, 22, still shares bedroom with brother
Arsenal transfer target Jurrien Timber still shares a bedroom with his brother at 22-years-old.
The Ajax defender has been strongly linked with a move to the Gunners this week. Transfer specialist David Ornstein revealed the north Londoners have already agreed personal terms with the Dutchman ahead of a move this summer.
Mikel Arteta and sporting director Edu Gaspar already had a £30million bid rejected by Ajax, who are looking for a sum in the region of £50m.
But despite the fully-fledged Netherlands international’s ability set to bring in huge sums of money, he reportedly still shares a bedroom with his twin brother Quinten.

Speaking to The Telegraph in March, the footballing duo revealed they still live at their mother’s house, where they have shared the same bedroom since childhood.
The pair stated they were planning to move out in the coming months but remained uncertain about the prospect. Still, Quinten was a little more optimistic in comparison to Jurrien due to the latter’s alleged messiness.
“We’ve lived together our whole lives. It will be weird,” Quinten said.

Despite the brotherly love, they play for bitter rivals in the Netherlands. Quinten, unlike his sibling, opted to leave Ajax for Ultrecht before ending up at Feyenoord a year later in 2022.
He pipped his brother to the Eredivisie last season with the Rotterdam club. Arsenal target Jurrien, meanwhile, already has two league titles to his name.
When asked what he would do if Quinten won the league with Feyenoord, Jurrien had replied that it would be too much to bear.
“I think I might go and sleep at my girlfriend’s,” he joked.
There will be no such problems if his move to Premier League giants Arsenal goes through, with initial reports claiming he has been offered £128,000-a-week by the Gunners.
