Arsenal & Chelsea target Mudryk spotted in deep conversation with Shakhtar chief
Arsenal target Mykhailo Mudryk has been spotted in deep conversation with Shakhtar Donetsk director of football Darijo Srna at the club’s training camp.

The 22-year-old winger formed part of the 25-man squad that jetted to Turkey for a warm-weather training camp during the off-season.
Mudryk has been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates but the Gunners have had two bids turned down by Shakhtar for the playmaker.
Arsenal’s last offer was beleived to be worth around £45m before add-ons, which is significantly below the club’s £85m asking price.
Chelsea, sensing the distance between the two clubs, have attempted to hijack the deal and held talks with Shakhtar and Srna in London last week over signing Mudryk.
Nevertheless, the winger’s preferred destination is said to be Arsenal and time is running out for him to complete his move to the Emirates.
The Ukraine international was pictured in a video on Shakhtar’s official Instagram account holding a deep conversation with Srna.
Mudryk has a rather pensive look on his face as he zips up his jacket and walks away after his conversation with the Director.
Srna will decide whether Mudryk will leave the club but at this moment in time neither Chelsea or Arsenal are remotely close to meeting the club’s valuation.
The Croatia legend and his Shakhtar colleagues have repeatedly make clear the club are seeking around £85m, using Antony’s move to Manchester United as a benchmark.
‘Given that we have no need for transfers, we said in due time that we evaluate the player stronger than some other profiles, such as Antony. This is the benchmark,’ Carlo Nicolini, the club’s sporting director, recently said.
‘The problem is that Italian clubs don’t take advantage of opportunities, like Milan with Enzo Fernandez, who is now worth over 100 million. When you arrive in time on a player you have to sink the shot, otherwise the prices change.’
