Monday Night Football FanDuel Picks: NFL DFS lineup advice for Week 5 Colts-Ravens single-game tournaments
The Ravens are hosting the Colts on Monday Night Football to close out Week 5. Lamar Jackson and Co. are eyeing a fourth straight win against an injury-depleted Colts squad that will be without key pieces on both sides of the ball. Several sportsbooks opened the Ravens as seven-point home favorites, while opening totals ranged from 47-50. Ultimately, the viable DFS lineup options seem few and far between, but our FanDuel single-game picks try to differentiate with two secondary Colts “pass-catchers.”
Here’s a reminder of FanDuel’s scoring system for single-game contests: The point total for the “MVP” is multiplied by 1.5, but he doesn’t cost any additional money like the “Captain” in DraftKings Showdown contests. FanDuel’s default scoring is half-point PPR and four-point passing TDs, and there are no bonuses for 300-yard/100-yard games like on DraftKings.
FanDuel Single Game DFS Picks: Colts vs. Ravens
$60,000 budget, need at least one player from each team
MVP (1.5x points): QB Lamar Jackson, Ravens ($17,000)
There are simply too many ways for Jackson to rack up FanDuel points to name anyone else our MVP. He’s hit the 30-point plateau 10 times since 2019, including once this season in Week 2.
FLEX: WR Marquise Brown, Ravens ($13,500)
Brown continues to ascend as Baltimore’s primary receiver. He’s caught a touchdown in three-of-four games and is operating at an impressive level of efficiency — 17.2 yards/catch, 67.9-percent catch rate — to complement healthy volume (seven targets per game).

FLEX: TE Mark Andrews, Ravens ($12,000)
We haven’t seen a big splash from Andrews yet, but he’s trending in that direction. His targets have increased in each of the past two weeks, and he has five catches in three straight contests. His 25 targets ranked eighth among tight ends entering Week 5, and he’s averaging a plump 14.1 yards/catch. We expect the touchdowns to start coming for Andrews, as well.
FLEX: WR Zach Pascal, Colts ($9,500)
Pascal is second on the Colts in targets and leads the team with three touchdown receptions. The Colts will need some of their secondary options to step up and complement the likes of Michael Pittman Jr. and Jonathan Taylor.
FLEX: RB Nyheim Hines, Colts ($8,000)
As seven-point road underdogs, the Colts are expected to be trailing, perhaps affording Hines an opportunity to make his presence felt. He’s second on the team in touches (32) and has earned at least six targets in two-of-four games.
