Micah Richards says Olympic village is wild sex-fest raging with "testosterone"

Micah Richards has revealed there was more on Great Britain athletes’ minds at the 2012 London Olympics than just gold medals.
The ex-Manchester City captain was picked by Stuart Pearce to represent Team GB at the games as part of his three eligible over-aged players, along with captain Ryan Giggs and Craig Bellamy.
Richards started every game for Great Britain’s first football side since 1960, beating the likes of Uruguay before disappointingly crashing out to South Korea on penalties in the quarter-finals.
Now the former defender has shone light on the shenanigans which went on behind the scenes when Great Britain hosted its first Olympics since 1948.
Speaking on the Greatest Game podcast to Jamie Carragher, Richards said: “We were in the village, it was chaos. Just imagine the Olympic village with all these athletes, all this testosterone, and it's a free-for-all.
“You've got this massive food hall, you've got a Chinese. You didn't have KFC but you had Indian, McDonald's, as much as you want. You've got mega-stars there. So GB might have their block, but everyone's just together."
Carragher followed up by asking: "When you were in the village, did you get rid of that testosterone?"
Richards responded: "Well, you wanted to!"

This follows Richards’ comments on a recent BBC Euro 2020 show alongside former England strikers Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer where he divulged more information about what occurs at the Olympics.
He said: "The atmosphere was incredible, everyone was just so together."
Lineker then asked: "The Olympics must be so different to a tournament, because you're actually with all the other athletes of different sports. Does everyone get on?"
Richards replied: "Sexually, yeah (laughs). It was a different environment, hard to explain really."
His comments follow fears that the typically sexual culture surrounding Olympic villages will lead to further cases of Covid-19 spiralling at the Tokyo Olympics.
The IOC are supplying 150,000 condoms to the Village but have insisted that athletes should not use them until they get home.
They commented: "The distribution of condoms is not for use at the athlete's village, but to have athletes take them back to their home countries to raise awareness."
