Logan Paul’s staggering three-day body transformation led to win at Wrestlemania
Logan Paul reaped the rewards of his incredible three-day body transformation with victory at Wrestlemania on Saturday night.
Logan, the older brother of boxing loudmouth Jake, defeated WWE legend Rey Mysterio in an extraordinary battle at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Emerging to a chorus of boos, the social media brat walked into the ring wearing the world's most expensive Pokemon card around his neck.
Despite his lack of wrestling experience compared to the veteran Mysterio, Logan more than held his own as his athleticism shone through with several well-executed moves. Some of the moves he pulled off might not have been possible without the incredible three-day body transformation he posted on Twitter on Saturday.
The 27-year-old uploaded a series of before and after shots showing the depth of his transformation, going from bloated to ripped. Alongside the snaps, he wrote: "3 day body transformation I did for Wrestlemania."
Logan claimed the transformation was down to an exercise regime of 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups every day for three days. "Very happy with the results," he added.
He would have been equally delighted at the result of Wrestlemania 38 after dipping his toe into the world of wrestling for the first time. Logan teamed up with The Miz to defeat Rey and Dominick Mysterio in a tag team match.
The controversial star had clearly been putting the practice in before the event as he landed a blockbuster move off the middle rope and a blow to Mysterio's suplex. He didn't have it all his own way, though, sustaining a double-601 and a frog splash towards the end of the bout.

And things threatened to turn nasty after the bell when Miz dropped him with his signature Skull Crushing Finale move. Never one to shy away from the spotlight, Logan quickly compared the attack to Will Smith's slap on Chris Rock at the Oscars.
"I think it’s equivalent to Will Smith slapping Chris Rock. I’m still processing why Miz betrayed me," he said backstage afterwards. "To be honest with you, if I had to guess, he’s probably jealous.
"I was doing flips, I went off the top rope. I was doing cool s***. Quite simply, he’s obviously not capable of doing that s***. He added: "F*** you Miz. F*** you so hard. Yeah, that’s it. F*** you."
Despite the sour-ending, Paul's appearance went down a storm with the crowd as he whipped them into a frenzy by mimicking the style of late star Eddie Guerrero, a former WWE champion who died in 2005.
