Harry Kane was brutally trolled by a French rugby star for the missed penalty that agonisingly ended England's World Cup dream.
Kane fired his first penalty past Hugo Lloris to level against France – but blasted his second over late on as the Three Lions suffered quarter-final heartbreak.
The England skipper levelled Wayne Rooney's tally of 53 goals with his first inch-perfect spot-kick – but was left crestfallen as he squandered the chance to force extra-time.
And ruthless French fans are attempting to rub the salt firmly in the wound after a moment that will likely haunt Kane for years to come.

A Sport Relief sketch has now resurfaced of World Cup-winning England rugby legend Jonny Wilkinson teaching Kane to score from 12-yards.
And in the painfully ironic video with comedian John Bishop, Wilkinson fires the ball over the crossbar – akin to a rugby conversion – joking that is how he won the World Cup with England in 2003.
Then Kane replicated Wikinson's technique by firing over at England's training base, St George's Park, with some fans claiming the comedic moment foreshadowed his miss on Saturday night.
"This is why Harry Kane missed the penalty! We have to blame Jonny Wilkinson," one fan with the username @Rugby_Scoop claimed as they shared the video.
And French rugby player Greg Lamboley has now weighed in with his own joke, thanking Wilkinson for showing Kane how to blaze high over the bar. "Merci Sir @JonnyWilkinson," former France international Lamboley tweeted, with a winking emoji.
A series of French fans also found humour in the clip after Didier Deschamps' men edged through to set up a semi-final clash against Morocco.
Kane, however, will not see the funny side after his gut-wrenching miss. The Tottenham striker has vowed to bounce back as England's 56-year wait for silverware goes on.
"As captain, I take it on the chin and responsibility missing the penalty," Kane said. "It is hard to take for sure but I can be proud of the group, proud of each other for what we've done.
"This will hurt for a while but we will dust ourselves down to get ready in the future."
