Lee Westwood is playing golf for fun at the moment and the joy continued on Thursday despite a rollercoaster ride at the Honda Classic in Florida.
The 47-year-old Englishman is up to 19th in the world rankings after finishing second in his last two starts at the Arnold Palmer Invitational and the Players Championship and his good form continued with a level-par 70 at PGA National in Florida — one of the toughest courses on the PGA Tour.
The fun part came from having his son Sam on the bag just days after the pair played two rounds together at Augusta National.

Sam, 19, who will caddie for his dad at the Masters, had his work cut out in tough, windy conditions on Thursday as Westwood’s up-and-down round included four birdies and four bogeys.
Australia’s Matt Jones led the way with a brilliant 61 with Ireland’s Shane Lowry shooting 67.
