YouTube prankster Vitaly pens deal with adult streaming site for boxing bow

Social media star Vitaly Zdorovetskiy has recruited adult content website Stripchat as a sponsor ahead of his boxing debut this weekend.

The Russian-American YouTuber will face Briton Kristen Handy at the OVO Arena Wembley on Saturday night, and has already declared that he is going to win by knockout within one minute.

In a bid to cash in as much as he can on his time in the ring, he has recruited Stripchat as a sponsor.

On top of the financial aspects of the deal, the sponsorship will also see Zdorovetskiy take part in a live stream after the pre-fight weigh-in, as well as a VIP giveaway.

"We're excited to sponsor Vitaly as he steps into the ring to take on Hanby," Stripchat vice president of new media Max Bennett said.

"He has amassed a devout following from his years on YouTube. This fight is but a stepping stone to him forging a successful boxing career.

"Make sure you tune in to his livestream on March 4 for a sneak peak into his training camp and some crazy stuff he will do during the live show.

"Users who tune in can ask him questions, take part in a VIP giveaway and who knows what else will happen there, on the truly uncensored platform!"

Vitaly added: "I'm hyped to be working with Stripchat to directly interact with fans and do my live pre-fight Q&A on a massive live streaming platform."

Zdorovetskiy is no stranger to controversy, having been arrested on multiple occasions for pranks and publicity stunts over the years.

One of the most high-profile came in 2014, when he was taken into custody in Brazil after invading the pitch during the World Cup final between Germany and Argentina.

Other stunts which landed him in hot water included climbing the Hollywood sign in California, scaling the world-famous Pyramids of Giza in Egypt and streaking at an NBA game.

To prepare for his boxing bow, he has been training at an isolated camp in Russia to beat his shorter opponent Hanby, with one eye on a future bout with Jake Paul.
