Tyron Woodley ready to get embarrassing Jake Paul tattoo to secure rematch

Tyron Woodley has said that he is now ready to get an embarrassing 'I love Jake Paul' tattoo in order to secure a rematch with the YouTuber turned boxer.

Woodley and Paul had agreed prior to their fight in Cleveland last month that the loser would have to get the winner's name tattooed on them with an 'I love you' message.

However, Woodley refused following the fight and Paul rejected his request of a rematch unless he got the tattoo.

With Paul turning his attention to setting up a fight with former Love Island contestant Tommy Fury, Woodley has now said he will get the ink.

Speaking on an Instagram live with Ariel Helwani, Woodley explained: "I think the most sensible thing to do is run it back. I think I'm getting this tattoo Saturday by the way.

"Yeah, I just feel like I should do it because it's a solid thing to do. Yeah, I'm going to do it on Saturday.

"Not neck, not face. I should have put it across my f****** knuckles. To me it's like this, if a dude wants to pay me to whip his a**, since he 'paid me and promoted the fight', then I love you."

Paul had flown a tattoo artist to the flight in Cleveland to complete the tattoo straight after the fight only for Woodley to refuse after his split decision loss.

Should Jake Paul agree to a rematch with Tyron Woodley or pursue a fight with Tommy Fury? Let us know in the comments section below.

One judge scored the fight in favour of the former UFC Welterweight Champion 77-75 but the other two gave it to Paul 77-75 and 78-74.

Woodley will now set up a chance to get his first professional boxing win after losing to Paul on his debut in August.

Paul has so far been unable to finalise a deal to fight Fury, with the pair going back and forth on social media since Fury won on the undercard of Paul v Woodley.
