Tyron Woodley pays fan £3,700 for creating masterful Jake Paul knockout meme
Tyrone Woodley has paid one fan $5000 (£3,700) after they created the best meme of his knockout loss to Jake Paul.
The former UFC star squared off with the YouTuber for the second time this year after losing on a split decision in August.
However, Woodley wasn't able to go the distance in Tampa Bay, Florida, when Paul caught him with a right hook.
Woodley spectacularly hit the ground and the official waved the fight off immediately afterwards.
But, Woodley offered a challenge to his followers on social media following the bout as meme's emerged of Paul's spectacular knockout victory.
“They thought a lesson would make me quit. That s*** made me laugh. I [have] been here before.
"But y’all real funny with the memes. Some of that s*** I gotta laugh at myself.
"People talented at photoshop and editing. Might as well get paid for it. Here you go. 5 Bands to the funniest video/pic.”
And after numerous submissions, Woodley posted the winner to his Instagram account: "@chrisashley Won."
"Imma need an edit later doe! Merry Christmas! Spread some love and do some good."

Woodley can be seen falling through numerous movie scenes, including Spider-Man: No Way Home and Finding Nemo.
He eventually lands on a sofa with a blanket thrown over the top of him.
