MMA legend challenges Mike Tyson to fight and threatens to ‘rip his heart out’

Insanely jacked MMA veteran Bob Sapp has called out Mike Tyson threatening to rip the former heavyweight champion's heart out.

The 48-year-old American took to Instagram this week to issue an unorthodox challenge to 'Iron Mike', after addressing claims Tyson made on The Joe Rogan Experience that he was "ready to fight" Sapp in a exhibition bout back in 2020 before he was snubbed for Roy Jones Jr.

Sapp, otherwise known as 'The Beast', says he wants to face Tyson in a six-man match because the Baddest Man on the Planet, he claims, is "too scared" to face him one-one-one.

"Mike, now we all know what happened when you and I talked about the fight," Sapp said in a frightening topless piece to camera from his training base in Thailand.

"I sent you a photo along with this sentence: 'Mike if you fight me I will rip your heart out and tear it to shreds.' And it still applies.

"As for you, Mike. I’ve got a challenge for you," he continued. "Since you stopped running, listen to me for a second. You and me and two of my best fighters vs two of your best fighters. Stand up, Marquess of Queensbury Rules. Because you’re too scared to fight one on one. I’ll take all of you on, punk boxers."

Tyson and Sapp actually came to blows back in 2012 after clashing in the ring following a kickboxing event in Japan that Sapp was competing in, for which Tyson was in attendance.

The MMA brute ushered Tyson into the ring and the former heavyweight champion duly obliged, sparking a scuffle between both men and their entourages.

Aside form kickboxing, the multi-talented Sapp has dabbled in pro wrestling, American football and even a bit of acting – though he hasn't fought professionally in any capacity since 2018.
