Floyd Mayweather looks set for a repeat of 2015’s ‘fight of the century’, with ‘talks currently underway’ that would see him fight Manny Pacquiao for a second time.
Mayweather beat Pacquiao by unanimous decision in the first bout at a time when both were undefeated, but their planned second fight looks set to take place under very different circumstances.
Happy Punch Promotions has announced that a fight is ‘in the works’ between the pair, but it will take the form of a WWE-style tag-team bout.
Mayweather will team up with KSI, whose brother Deji Olatunji fought the five-division world champion last year, while Pacquiao will fight alongside TikTok star Salt Papi.
The Pilipino influencer, who is managed by Happy Punch, is unbeaten in a three-fight white collar boxing career.

They are now set to fight again in a tag-team bout that will also include KSI
This new boxing format made its debut earlier this month, when Luis Alcaraz Pineda and BDave fought IcePoseidon and Anthony Vargas in a match organsied by KSI’s Misfits Boxing.
It ended in a stoppage win for Pineda and BDave, and was deemed a success by the organisers as KSI tweeted it was ‘the greatest thing he had ever seen’.
The rules see teams scoring points together rather than individual fighters, who raise their arms to be tagged out during the bout.
If the fight does go ahead, it will continue a lucrative exhibition career for Mayweather.
