John Fury’s foul-mouthed reply to Jake Paul’s “fake” jibe at son Tommy
John Fury has slammed Jake Paul in an outrageous Instagram post after the YouTube star called he and his son "fake f***s".
The pair were supposed to fight on Saturday night at the Amalie Arena in Florida but Love Island star Fury was forced to pull out with broken ribs after suffering with a chest infection.
Instead, Paul faced ex-UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley in a rematch of their August fight, stopping the MMA legend in the sixth round with a vicious right hand.
And throughout the week leading up to and following the Woodley fight, Paul taunted Fury for pulling out of their fight, most recently branding he, his family and the promoters as fake for supposedly ignoring rescheduling talks.
This is has incensed Fury's dad John, who took to Instagram to slam Paul in an outburst under a post from a fan account that was sharing his tweet.
"Seen your fake s***," Fury commented. "Tommy will play with you and cold you plastic boxer [sic].
"The missus would be a better match for you."
It would appear that the elder Fury is referring to Tommy's model girlfriend Molly Mae Hague, who Paul has mocked on a number of occasions during the pair's rivalry, calling her a "catfish".
This wouldn't be the first time that Fury has brought up either of the unbeaten boxers' girlfriends.
The 57-year-old made derogatory comments towards Paul's girlfriend Julia Rose at a pre-fight press conference for the doomed bout that pushed BT Sport to issue a public apology.
Paul blasted the Fury family and their promoter Frank Warren for not engaging in fight negotiations in a tweet to his 4.1million followers last night.
"Just asked my team if we have heard from the Fury’s, Frank Warren, or Queensberry," Paul declared.
"Not a f***ing peep! Fumbles and fake f***s they are."
But Warren clapped back immediately with a tweet insisting that he was interested in arranging a fight, telling the YouTube star that they are ready to make a deal.

"No fumbles and fakes here," the veteran promoter responded. "We spoke to your manager last weekend.
"Tommy wants it. We want it. Do you want it? Let’s make the fight!"
Fury was a slight favourite going into the fight with Paul, but the odds will likely be different after the American's most recent win.
The Brit struggled against Paul's sparring partner Anthony Taylor in his American debut, despite a 6-inch height advantage and Taylor jumping up 20lbs for the fight.
And he won't be able to return to boxing training until, at the earliest, late February or early March due to his injury.
He has yet to comment on Paul's win, and this appears to be the first indication that any of the Fury family even watched the fight on Saturday night.
Tommy's brother Tyson, the world heavyweight champion, seemed to wash his hands of the Paul brothers after the bout was cancelled.
